Residence Mariagiulia is set at the foot of the ancient village of Corciano, just 15 minutes from downtown Perugia, surrounded by 7 hectares of enchanting nature, among woods, orchards, walnut trees, olive trees and typical vegetation of the Umbrian countryside.
The structure, located in a restored 1600 farmhouse with the most modern housing and comfort techniques, consists of 14 apartments, including studios, two- and three-room apartments, complemented by an outbuilding used as a reception and the precious consecrated church of St. Anne, also dating from 1600.
All apartments are beautifully finished and furnished by resuming the classical Umbrian farmhouse (rough terracotta floors, wooden kitchenettes, wrought iron beds) with addition of all modern comforts (air conditioning system, TV, wi-fi, twilight lighting, central laundry room, home automation system for the control of consumptions, linen and towels, crockery set).
We also provide accommodation for carriers of disabilities, with all the necessary arrangements to ensure usability and comfort without problems.
All apartments have panoramic views, some face towards the city of Perugia, others the village of Corciano, others the hills with the villages of Solomeo, Montemelino, San Mariano.
